Somewhere in Seattle does not hold PBs; it's first come, first serve. I know that seems mean, but I don't wait to sit around for weeks or even days at a time waiting for someone to send in an application when there might be someone else out there ready, willing, and able to play. Once you've applied, however, your PB will be held pending approval of the character.
