Set in the present day, Somewhere in Seattle is a small group of RPers that have come together to form a role playing community that is making the attempt to set itself apart from other story lines. Though it takes place in Seattle, obviously, there is no one neighborhood or apartment complex a character must belong to - so long as they live in the city. Aiming at realism, inexplicably wealthy teenagers do not belong here, nor does a copious amount of celebrities - though we do have one or two, just like any major city. We're striving to build a closer knit group of players than some of the bigger stories can hope to offer. Furthermore, we are picky about who we choose to include, in an effort to keep the role play in SIS at a high-level of quality.
